She is responsible for updating all policies and procedures and keeping the office current with new systems and technology.
Mary Lou M.
Office Manager
Mary Lou joined the Thomas R. Lambert DMD team in 1994. She has more than 29 years of experience in the dental field and is known for her efficiency and approachability in the workplace. She is also well-liked by our wonderful patients, who find her easy to talk to and a great resource for any questions or concerns they have. Mary Lou is responsible for administrative and managerial tasks such as recruitment and training, treatment plan coordination, facilitating monthly staff meetings, overseeing fiscal responsibilities, scheduling patient appointments, and otherwise attending to the needs of our staff and patients.
Mary Lou has made a point over the last two decades to get to know each and every one of our patients by name — she is very skilled at addressing your individual concerns as the need arises. Mary Lou and her husband were married in 1989 in Foggia, Italy. They enjoy traveling to Italy at every opportunity to visit family and friends.

Amy N.
Certified Dental Assistant
Amy started working in the dental field 30 years ago gaining extensive experience in endodontic, prosthodontic, and general dentistry practices. Her favorite area is assisting with root canal procedures, but she is equally at home in making you feel comfortable with oral surgery or cosmetic procedures.
Amy’s goal and main concern every day are to make your experience here a great one! You will find her lending a listening ear to any concerns or needs you may have and being able to put you at ease during your visit.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys trying to solve that terribly frustrating game of golf, travel, exercising, and spending time with her three boys.
Amy strives to develop strong relationships with all her patients and appreciates the trust they put in her. She looks at every workday as a new opportunity to ensure patients leave satisfied while receiving the absolute best dental care possible.

Nikki
Dental Assistant
Nikki is the newest addition to our dental assisting team and joins Amy in providing the highest level of comfortable, experienced, and individualized patient care our practice is known for. She began her dental career after graduating Parkland High School and working in dental pediatrics for three years. While she loves assisting with children, she is equally at home in treating our adult and senior patients as if they were family.
In her free time you can always find Nikki outside, whether it is hiking, kayaking or just hanging out with her 2 dogs or her 8 chickens. Every member of our team is carefully selected, not only for their technical skills, but also for their engaging, personable qualities. Our practice remains committed to hiring the absolute best for our team even in these covid pandemic times. For this reason, we are delighted to welcome Nikki to our dental family!

Gina M
Administrative Assistant
Gina is the newest member of our team who began her dental career after graduation from Freedom High School. She works as an administrative assistant with her mom, Mary Lou in our front office.
Gina recently received her dental assisting certificate from The Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting and is now in the process of pursuing her x-ray certification. She is a team player who serves a dual role in our office – introducing patients to new OSHA and CDC pandemic protocols for their visits with us and leading much-appreciated assistance in our clinical areas of the practice.
"Dear Dr. Lambert,I cannot thank you enough for answering my call! You are truly an angel, then on top of it, my first visit was not bad at all! My fears I have of dentists - that I have had for many years due to my experiences that were not pleasant at all, are now better due to you. I thank you so very much! You are certainly a "10" in my book! You have got yourself a new patient! Thank you again for everything!"
